When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products and the delivery (free of charge) require a minimum of 15 working days for our team.

We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery costs about $5 but we choose to offer it to our customers, this impacts our profit but it allows us to stay competitive in the lunch box market.
We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum order quantity required and all our deliveries are free (except for DOM-TOM).

My order is not complete ?

If your order includes more than one item, they may be shipped separately, depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses.
